1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BeChauffeured. A booking is only confirmed once payment or the applicable deposit has been received.

2. Pricing

Quoted prices are fixed and inclusive of standard waiting time. Additional charges may apply for extended waiting, additional stops, or amendments made after confirmation.

3. Payment

For journeys within 28 days, full payment is required at booking. For bookings more than 28 days away, a 50% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 7 days before travel.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by notice period. Please contact our concierge team for the specific terms applicable to your booking.

5. Liability

BeChauffeured maintains comprehensive insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where passenger conduct is unsafe, illegal or damaging to the vehicle.
